Comments of our Workshop clients

Galina Golubeva

I want to say thanks to master Dmitriy Paramonov for his instrument that has changed my life, brought to it something what I was searching for a long time. It's great joy to have an opportunity to express my feelings. The wing-shaped gusli sounds very loudly and sonorously. I have been playing the gusli for 3 years and my joy has no end!

Anton Evlanov

Two years ago the Master Dmitriy Paramonov made me unique musical instrument - gusli. With the passing of time I noticed that the gusli sounds better and better. It's very important for me to own a traditional instrument that was made according to the example of the particular gusli, which was found in a research expedition. My gusli inspires me. It'a a great pleasure to take this instrument into my hands and listen it's sound!

Luisa Imangulova

A few years ago I bought the gusli of Pskov Region from Dmitriy Paramonov. The instrument has very rich, beautiful timbre and with the passing of time overtones have started opening up and sounding more saturated. When I travel about Europe, many people ask me in the main about a gusli. Due to the gusli some interesting songs in the ethno-project "Zhivie vorota" are written. This instrument has become my friend. When I play the gusli, my life becomes more beautiful. I strongly believe that this instrument was made by the Master with a deep soul. Many Years, Dima! Thanks a lot for high quality, sound and joy!

Maria Volkova

Dima's gusli makes me glad due to it's sound and shape. My gusli is helmet-shaped and has 20 strings. The sound is beautiful and surround. The only advice to everybody, who wants to install an inbuilt sound pickup: It's better to tell about it at once, when the instrument isn't made.

Aleksey Sheptunov

Recently this mystical instrument has appeared in our group MOON FAR AWAY - analog handmade synthesizer in a "body" of alive gusli. Sound-artifact was made by two crackjacks - Dmitriy Paramonov (gusli's body) and Edward "Papa Srapa" Srapionov (electro-filling). We have received from Dima Paramonov exactly what we wanted -  true gusli's body that sounds amazingly! I want to express my high respect to Dima for what he, being the Master of authentic tradition of playing and creating gusli, is ready to experiment and embody the most unrestrained fantasies of musicians! Thank you, Dima!
